Barbara Drake-Vera will celebrate the publication of Melted Away: A Memoir of Climate Change and Caregiving in Peru (LSU Press, March 2024) with three launch parties in spring 2024.

After pub day on March 27, she’ll be doing a virtual launch with LSU Press. Then, on April 10th, she’ll have an in-store reading and book signing event at Books & Books, in Coral Gables, followed by a launch party at the Matheson Museum, in Gainesville, on April 17.
